Where to fight Horntail?
I left for a while, and so I'm not entirely in the know about the removal of prequests for Horntail. I've never fought Horntail before, and I tried doing it just now, and the game told me to check my quests required to face this boss. What am I supposed to do?

Nope, Moira gives you the badge right away and you can enter easy/norm/chaos solo.
