Is Mesos Explosion even used anymore?
So I'm at the point where I'm playing my shadower and I sort of just use ME on a whim. I more or less just do daily boss runs, and I never really find myself using ME outside of a whim. Also, since Ayumilove recommends putting a hyper SP into one of the ME passives, I sort of question if it's even called for. Apparently the hits on ME do work with shadow partner, so it really gets me questioning, because I do not see any noticeable changes in using ME or not. If you can, some math done to show the damage % differences between Assassinate and ME would be nice.

But now you can rush it with phase dash and blow them up after! But yeah your'e right. It's lame.
It's good for training when it does enough damage to kill mobs in 1-2 hits. I also use it to do damage to magnus while he is up in the air charging his 1hko attack.
Unless you hit shadower's cap with ME, Nate will be superior for bossing
I use it to look cool, which is pretty much the only reason I log onto my shadower in the first place.

ME is usually useless. It's good for testing DR I guess. It also has some mild other uses but it's not very useful in standard training/bossing unless you are beyond the normal funded.
As for hypers:
Get Boomerang Stab +1 Hits and 20% Damage
Get Assassinate Damage +20% and 20% Boss Damage
If you're strong get Assassinate limit break. Otherwise get Boomerang Stab + enemies hit.
If you're REALLY strong don't get the +damage and stuff stuff into mesos explosion and such, but not many people get to that point.
people still use ayumi love guides? her stuff is wack and out dated. get every AS and BS hyper, excluding AS limit break.
