Cant upgrade guild skills
So my guild is level 3 and we can't seem to upgrade any of our level 3 guild skills, nor can we even upgrade our level 1 guild skills we never bothered to upgrade. I have enough money to pay them, the buttons just stay gray. Is this happening to anyone eles?

Hmm, interesting.. I don't know about my guild we have been in the 126K range to 130K range for awhile since people leave and join..
But I haven't heard anything about it. o.o
been like this nexon failed with the chaos patch
