in gazed people are paying 5b for 25% even tho we already establish that the guy dupe...
Wow bera 25% nebs are like 4b+ easily
Broa doesn't even have any %INT, %STR, %DEX or %LUK nebs left of any type..
In windia prices of 20% nebs are 1b while 25% nebs are 2.5b
Prices tend to stay firm around those prices

Right now in FM, there's a 20% for 2.6 and a 25% for 3.7 I think =(
