The brighter side of things
So uhh, reading all this rants and tripping about the revamp not being here yet. I'm sitting here thinking what's wrong with these people? Have they forgotten why they made a bucc in the first place? The only class to use his bare hands to fight like an OG? I'm really going to sit down in this time before our revamp to take advantage of the most unique skills nexon ever. Came up with. Before pirates came out I was lost on maplestory. Nothing clicked for me. when I first saw a barrage casted on YouTube I knew what I wanted. I wasn't and never will be worried about being stronger than all the other classes. They would never have the fun we have. And neither will we after this patch. All I'm saying is that we should be happy that we are able to spend a little more time with demolition, barrage, and transform. The things that make us love the class today. You love it more than you think. And you will really be upset when you realize how it amazing it really was to be a buccaneer. I want to hear others thoughts on this one

If anything, it seems like you're also questioning our "Bucchood", so why shouldn't he be questioning yours? Doesn't seem fair if you say "You shouldn't question my authenticity, but I can question yours.". That's just hypocritical.
I didn't say that I don't want the patch. No where did I say I don't want it just as much. I just said use the time instead of complaining about it not being here and accually enjoying the class for what we have until it's gone. God. And don't question my bucc hood. Sure I wasn't a bucc before big bang. But I still worked through all the same unfair bs that the rest of you did. No where did I say we don't need it . Ofcoarse we do.
I quite like the modified GMS names of the new skills with the exception of Barrage becoming Octopunch.
Otherwise Typhoon Crush, Admiral's Wings, Buccaneer Blast, Crossbones, Precision Strikes, Spiral Assaults, Perseverance, Shadow Heart and Lollubber Blast and really appeals to me.

Totally going to hate that. Sure, I'll miss the old skills, but Buccaneers need a fix and I'd rather have it now, so the class is actually PLAYABLE than later, stalling it for no point at all.[/quote]
I agree with everything you said here.
It surprises me that people look past all the benefits, just because some moves are being deleted.

Yea, I'm totally going to be upset when I can actually contribute something to a bossing/training party of my level without ridiculous amounts of funds, and I'm just going to hate how the funding I pour into my Buccaneer will be on a more equal level than now, where funding ANY other class provides a much larger damage bonus.
