A little assistance please
I reasently bought the ap reset from the Cash shop for 14.8k nx. I only have 52(4 base dex) dex and can't wear anything besides my lv 30 overall and the renegades dragon slasher. I plan on selling my 6% str, 3% all earrings and buying 6% str and using the remaining to get the dex since I only have 4 m at the moment... So any ideas on how to achieve the 100 dex so that I can equip my lv 100 overall that has 20 dex, allowing me to equip my 109 at equinox with 9% damage,12% att ( making it 122) and ignore 30% def. my cannoneer is currently lv 48 so I'll have 68 dex soon.

If you can't afford the evo rings, 7 DEX / 4 DEX/ 3 DEX rings are quite simple to make. Get the Neo City medal, a nice 6/6/6/6. You can also add DEX until you're at 23, if you think you'll make it to 200. I did that a bit early so I could gear up. There are a few face accessories in the renegade shop that give a helpful boost, as well.

Birth of alliance skill thing +5 all stat
3 Evo Rings +24 all stat
Other event rings +3-4 all stat
Zakum helmet +15 all stat
Various medals give at least +2 all stats
Dep Star +5 all stat
Plus other things, its easy to go statless
never ap reset til you have the equipment you need to keep everything equipped!
