Got two removed yesterday.
And my teeth were friggen huge.
The tooth (top and root) were about an inch long, and the holes needed to be stitched up.
One side of my face is swollen, the stitches feel like they're irritating my gums
The pain itself isn't too bad, unless I sneeze or try to open my mouth.

crush t3's and dilute in a cup of luke warm water
place this cup into your freezer for 30 mins
get a second cup
strain the cup that you left in the freezer for 30mins with a coffee filter into the second cup
the filter should be left with a sludgy residue
while the second cup that you filtered into should be a milky cloudy looking water with no chunks or anything
drink that

Mucocele... I keep finding them on my lips, where there's a bump here or there. I get one maybe every 1 or 2 months. They get pretty big, and usually they're on my lower lip, so when I eat, my teeth rub against it. Usually after two meals or so, I accidentally bite down into it pretty hard, and pop, the stuff inside leaks out, and it becomes a flat bubble with a tiny bit of blood on it. The remainder of the bump disappears after about a day.

Is what I have a mucocele? From what I hear, and from your story, it seems mucoceles are a near-permanent type of thing... the fact that I'm getting rid of them by biting down (sometimes accidental, sometimes not) to pop them... was that possible for you?

@tuesdaymorning: ugh... if i was awak when they did surgery i would have a heart attack. mabye they will be nice and just knock me out for like 36 hours and then it will heal some before i start getting the pain...

my dentist said i should start thinking about getting them removed...

Some people are conscious, others aren't. I've heard that it's frightening to be conscious because you can hear them drill into your gums and all the horrid *CRACK* sounds. My boyfriend just had his removed, though, and he was FINE after the surgery. He was eating cookies the day of. But the area was really tender and when I touched it by accident every once in a while, he would scream a little.

He was also super chubby looking. Awwww

Yeah, a bloody pillow when I got home and slept for a bit.
At least I got knocked out before they pulled them out though, took over a fortnight to have the swelling on the cheeks dissipate.
