This is one thing that you must do by yourself and as many others have cautioned... do not give your account information to anyone.
Ayumilove has a great video on youtube. It helped me tremendously the first time I did the JQ.
You're risking your account lol. Teamviewer is absolutely terrible for the controller if you use it... I tried it before and the delay was nearly half a second.
You should be able to do them alone it´s not that hard....
Do what everyone else does and look at a video on youtube. So much easier that way

There's not much of a way to help for the stage other than someone logging into your account and doing it for you.
