I am bored and am finally going to do the event, how do you get the Insignias? o_o

Just participate in those Town Battles after you get your medal+scoreboard (From Red envelopes)
You can also donate in towns to raise the insignias you gain from each battle:
I don't know the exact formula but
Donation 121+ = 5 insigs on a lost and 10 insigs on a win
0-50 Pieces donated= 1 insig on a lost and 6 on a win.
