I'm level 187 and get bored of sdh... I know I can dipq if I wanted to but meh...
If not i'll just suck it up and keep training there.

How are you bored of SDH at only level 187? o.o
Probably because SDH is a boring as sin map to train at. It's a horrible mindnumbing experience for most people unless you have a good party and are on 2x.
OT: Warriors Grounds isnt nearly as good, but its an incredibly fun map once you hit 190. It can be a nice break from sdh and the ridiculous mob count makes it fantastic for high level elite boss hunting.
Stay there whether you like it or not.
You level so fast until 208.. Literally get there in a few hours at sdh
@Aaaayee: Well let me rephrase what I meant, it's cause at Hoh I trained with my friends :s but at sdh it seems too slow when in a party :x
I've been here since 165 and usually by now I'd be at HoH but... yeah
There is also Kritias, found in Minar Forest location. Has a storyline of it's own, and there are mobs from 180-210. It has daily missions as well once you beat it's storyline.
Not much better, but I found it interesting. That, or you can do boss runs if you have those 2x coupons. I got 50% from bosses I can solo yesterday.
