i've been wondering, why is that crap still so overpriced?, eventhough the majority of the population hates on DBs and/or Shads. And even with all these new classes, we don't see any deflaction on Baselards prices? like in Bera they are sold for 1bil - 1.7 (depending on stats) which is damm high compared to the rest of Empress weapons
I mean, not like it is harder to get(as far as i know), because, every Empress weapon is dropped only by Empress (despite the redundancy LOL)

If you can obtain Tyrant equips so easily, none of this would be a problem, so that's pointless.

LOL please you obviously don't have common sense. The probability of the pricing of Tyrants will be practically the same price as high % or att empress or combos. These items will go for well over 6b a pop most likely since the rarity of it. It will be even higher if only one group can do it in each server which will dominate the market for them. Even hackers who will attempt (and if they even do it) will still be able to control the market. With the meso you used or nx you used on the tyrants you could have merched and gotten a really nice empress set. Now lets say you go loveless for your weapon. Alright that still means you can get a 6 set because of empress shoulders that will be coming out. I'd personally go baselard with a top bot combo unless I could get 20+ att on the overall then cube for 21%+.

The probability of you obtaining any tyrant equip is less than the chance you'd get at cubing a 36% stat equip. So unless you can kill it Hard Magnus with enough ease that you can guarantee yourself the equipment, Tyrant equips can't be factored in.

Yea cause everyone can buy Tyrant equips. Those 30 attack ones only drop from Hard Magnus, and a clean one will probably cost more than a perfectly cubed and scrolled empress set.

Yeah, it's a nice placeholder for the set effect until you get a better dagger, but you got ripped in that transaction...
but prices hav been inflated alot, u were luky that u got ur 130 for 825 but that was prob like a few months ago

I got a 130 attack clean for 800m a month and a half ago. At the time a 132 attack had sold right before I could get to it for around 1.2b

My 133 atk baselard was originally 2.4b but randomly the priced drop 8D so it dropped to 1.7b c:

Mine was 132 att clean and cost me 1.5b (I bought it in Bera and transfered it) back at the beginning of may (very shortly after Empress was killed the first time)

In Khaini i paid 1,4b for a 132 atk clean one i think it was a good deal since all others where 1~1,5b too in fm o.o
Why not just settle for another dagger? I know that the baselords great and all if you want the full empress set effect but there are other good daggers out there as well.
@Fleitchy: Empress katara's don't give a set effect sadly.

The drop is the same, you don't see them around fm because:
DBs were OP as well > Baselards in high demand, none left in FM > every time one pops out it is sold fast because of high demand > You don't see any baselards in fm.
This is compared to lets say 2h axe
No one needs 2h axes > They don't sell well because of the low demand > 2h axes, like other useless weapons pile up in FM, and are sold for cheap, because no one needs any.

Because everyone still wants them due to DB's being so awesome. Shads too.
1b aint nothing compare to what i had to paid during when empress stuffs was only obtainable from music box
Once upon a time Baselard was overpriced for a reason...
Now they don't wanna lower their prices so everyone keeps it expensive.
