How I Lost 25k Nx
SO... today i checked my emails and i found a message from nexon, 25k nx that expired on 31 dec ... that really ruined my day, cuz i dont check my email very often so, im just depressed cuz of that ... i think nexon shud at least call u in game and tell u that u got a gift card on ur email... they only send those messages without even telling u anything... bye bye 25k nx

@hareet23: I am calm, however, it seems like you should calm down, calling people greedy? and im simply stating the truth, that every person that got 5k was somewhat trolled, and yes, i am happy that i got 5k at least, im just stating the truth though, that we did not get the promised amount.

@Fangclub: what a nice friend ^^ and yeah, some people got the full amount, some people only got 5k, however, on the email it says clearly that the code above is for 25k nx, and yeah, i guess by contacting them they might give you the full amount
@hareet23: well, thing is, if you're promised to get a certain amount of something and you dont get what you're promised, arent you basically trolled then? thus nexon'd

Ungrateful.. that's all I can say. Be glad you were actually even sent the email and that it was 25k NX. Others didn't even receive an email.
it's your fault for not checking your email, not theres for not notifying you that you got email because that's not their job.
btw i got 5k nexon cause the email said 25k but then i got 5k after i put in code.....

That was cause a crap load of lag, nexon shouldnt have to remind you to check your own email. There were countless threads about nexon giving out codes in emails. o.o
they could auto send as they do the hot times -_-

I did the exact same thing I'm now awaiting a reply to my ticket.

really i also got the 25k nx but when i redemed i got the full 25k
Call you in game? dude theres like millions of players out there lol... they atleast notified you by your email.

i got it, charged it, and got 5k nx instead of 25k, lol, nexon'd xD but i sent a ticket, and got a answer, they asked me to give them additional information, so i sent that, and hopefully now i'll get my 25k (hopes for an extra 5k as compensation) xP
