i 20%'d + lucky days + lvl 100 diligence .. only 3 scrolls worked. Even both 50%'s hammers failed. So it means it has 6 sltos down

No, I'm pretty certain they fall under the "special scroll" category.
well i have level 100 diligence, and i used 100 1% clean slates and only 2 worked (so 2/100). and i read on southperry that clean slates r special scrolls, so i assume it doesnt work.
