It's a Fafnir Damascus Blade with the stats, 161 watk, 42 dex, and 40 luk.
Also if I place it in my store permit for max mesos and i already have money on my character people cant buy it right?

163 ATK one was sold for 12b in Broa.
So ~10b.
My guess would be around 10b-15b (try to sell it for at least 12bill)
And yes, as the others said, have at least 1 meso in your inventory before putting it up for max.
Worth ~12b+ because of the dagger craze going on.
I'd have at least 100m on me when I do things like that just to be safe. And it would be 6b minimum
If it's a Store Permit and not a Hired Merchant, nobody will be able to buy it as long as you have AT MINIMUM 1 meso in your inventory.
Make sure to set it as 2,147,483,647
