Just log in and play for yourself? Simple questions like this can easily be found out by trying it out yourself. Not to be rude but just trying to give helpful advice. You can get a better focus on what you want to know that way as well.

also more of a team oriented environment since there's no boss hunting for profit (due to no trades and no FM)... and due to everyone being a bit weaker training in parties is more popular.

monsters have more HP and give more EXP
can't sell or trade anything (and as a result it feels slower when gaining mesos)
also doesn't feel as P2W as other servers which are currently bogged down by heavy inflation of the meso and NX items
can purchase cubes, AP resets, inventory slots, etc. for mesos
