Upping my strength
I have about 140 strength atm, and I was thinking about buying a cygnus helm. What could I do to get 20 more strength so I could wear it? I was probably gonna scroll, whats the best items/cheapest items to pump up the strength?

He means that once you have 999 base dex, the remaining points have to go somewhere. Logically, you're either going to have to put them in hp or str, depending on your preference.
I am strengthless. Why would I end up doing it anyways? I acctually got 200 strength without adding strength. Equipped my cygnus top and shoes.
Whats your base STR? You can just add to base STR till its 23 you'll end up doing it anyway.
I don't have either, theres my plust twenty stats
Have you got cannoneer's +15 all stats link skill? How about Will of Alliance skill that gives +5 all stats?
Scroll your armor for str? get an egged HTP? buy a 2nd pendant slot and get a MoN? add str?
