Apologies, I meant from 30+ :. Lost all my friends on my bowman so starting from scratch.
Since you're level 162, stay at lhc until 165. Then at 165 go to henesys ruins and do the Stronghold prequests and stay at Stronghold and Hall of Honor until 200
