Question from Msea phantom player
I currently have 39% luk altogether and I own a weapon attack 12x cane and I want to hit at least 60k- 80k a mille before 141. Is it sufficient ? If not how much more do i need?

I think I did 110ks or so with a 70k range? Not sure.

I hit around the range you're looking for. I hit 90k per Mille at absolute max, but its a rare sight. Most of the time I hit anywhere from 70-80ks. I have around 80% luk and a decent ammount of wep. attack. My range is 41k-45k buffed. But again, you said before 141 and im level 15x.. soooo....
