Commerci Citizen Medal

Hello Basilers! Does anyone know how to obtain the Commerci Citizen medal?

I finished all the Commerci quests (related to the Dawnveil Episode 1 quest-line), and the daily events related to Commerci, but this still does not complete the "Honorary Commerician" quest.

I apologize if there have been other threads regarding this topic.
