Does anybody know which boss/monster still drops these? I need to finish off alcaster's quest and I'm not sure how up-to-date hiddenstreet is : P
or if someone has one lying around i'll be happy to take it off your hands

I have one if you still need it.
Faust drops them still. Over at Ellina before the witches map. Might need to check where Faust Spawns.
