getting the rose clipping wasnt that hard. i did like 0-500 daily herb farming and i get like 1-2.

and i think u need lvl 30 charm to get it but idk
Jerks try to sell me for 150-200m in khroa.
I had to settle for 100m as it was the lowest priced one in can find for weeks
I would suggest you just buy it from the FM to save you countless hours of harvesting herbs.
Rose clipping, pretty any any herb drops it. Last I checked they were 30m ish.
