Returning marksman from break

Hey, I quit playing like a month before ascension and I just came back! I'm a level 169 marksman, and I'm afraid I might've screwed up my skills?
I maxed pierce
Left MMB and SE at 29 (just to have some spare points I could use to be safe)
maxed MMS
maxed US
21 snipe (hehe personal favorite, thinking this might be wrong?)
21 SL
1 elite puppet.

Also, I'm kinda lost as to what to level up on my next levels D: any help with that? (although by reading around a bit, I see people max SL so I should probably do that)
