I'd put that cape at slightly more but seeing as how Alchemy is basically destroying all prices as we know it, it could be decent.
As for the pants, maybe 20m or so. Female equips are worth less than male equips, unfortunately. At least in my experience.
Lol you're better off buying a 0 attk pac and fusing it. Alchemy is a very profitable profession.
