Do you need to get these to make a UA

Hey basil. Do you need to obtain the level 100 mount, 120 mount, and the captain knight medal to make an Ultimate Adventurer? Getting the medal is no problem whatsoever, but I really don't want to waste 57m on mounts on a char I probably won't use again after I make a UA.
