@xBabiigirl: damn while i cant get nx, the only way i get nx in my life is if someone gives it to me as a present or i do something good enough that my parents will say "ok you can go buy nx" LOL

yes I do and your not gunna like it x3
I got mine because of all my nx items,
and I think changing anything about your look also gives charm.
(hairstyle -colour, eyes -colour, skin colour)
zak/RA helms, gollux belts/pends etc give charm and if you're an alchemist, fuse 2 after wearing them for a new 1 with charm.

I had no trouble at all raising my charm, well it was more like.. I looked at my charm and it was level 38 o.o
1.Charm lvl 30
2.Do Big Headward's quest
3.Bring him a rose clipping
4.?
5.Profit!

You need a rose clipping and level 30 charm. You can get the quest from that big headed dude in the henensys barber shop.
