Did you change your screen resolution to something non-native beforehand? It won't be grayed out if you're doing this in a different resolution.
Also, I found the download link http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=312794 if all else fails.

AMD? You have to change it in the graphics card settings, and select maintain aspect ratio. It only lets you do this after you change screen resolution to something not native. If it still doesn't work then there's a program that someone created that forces maintain aspect ratio. I used it once and my maple plays with the bars anytime now. I forgot what it was called though.
Adjustt ur screnn resolution or change maple to 800x600 in the system settings
Op catalyst control center -> my digital monitors -> options screensize. There should be a bar you can adjust. from underscan to overscan
go to your graphics card setting and under when playing fullscreen games or something uncheck stretch to full screen.
I have a nvidia chip so I don't know how it looks like in AMD but I assume its almost the same
amd
You use AMD or nvidia?
What's your GPU? Also, I like how you use good punctuation but don't spell "please" correctly.
@DarkKiII: yeah... that helps a lot,..
I'm not sure how to get it back but I have it right now too but it randomly goes away for me and comes back LOL
