Physics 12 help

http://imgur.com/DqMBqB1
I have so far done question a and b but Im stuck on rest. I rarely ask questions for help and I try to figure by myself but Ive tried googling and everything But I dont get anything. so far for a and b this is what I've done. a) R= 56.0centimeter x 0.038ohm over centimeter = 2.13 ohm b) R=48.0cm x 0.038 ohm / centimeter = 1.82 ohm for c, I kind of have an idea (I = V/R. Where V = 1.35V and R = (.038*48) ) equations for references are here: Q = I(ohm)t V = IR P = VI emf = V + Ir = Ve + Vi = L(Vo/Lo) any help is greatly appreciated!

I remember there's a law the square of the length of the segment is inversely related to something else, I'll see if I can dig up my 11th grade notes
