Yes you will.
You'll be able to trade ANY mastery book for these new items, so you could convert a random mastery book to the new item, and use that new item for the skill that you need.

All skill books are removed, therefore, DB and Evan don't need to kill the bosses.
Skill Books are also removed, and DB/Evan NX stuff is probably removed too.
They cost more than you would pay for most mastery books now though.

This time, @ImCrowned isn't trolling.
Mastery books will be devided to 20 or 30.
It has no specified class, and every character can use it.
All Mastery books for skill to levels 15 and 20 will become a new USE item called "Mastery Book 20".
All Mastery books for skill to levels 25 and 30 will become a new USE item called "Mastery Book 30".
If you character need to level up your mastery level to 20 (or less), you will have to use that new Mastery Book 20, and it has 100% success rate.
Same goes for Mastery Book 30, which will also have 100% uccess rate.
