I was wondering if you can still scroll something if you had already enhanced it, never done it b4 and I just want to know

It wont matter if the item has just entered a new tier. For example, if you scroll an item to 155 att, and then 5star it or w/e, you'll still gain + 4 att for each star, and so it''ll only add a total for 20 att, making it 175 att, 25 att below the next tier. If you know that enhancing the item with make it go past a tier, and it still has room for more scrolls (by clean slating it), then it's recommended and suggested that you wait until you pass the next tier before using EE scrolls to get maximum results.
You can, but won't be able to enhance it if you don't use all the slots.

Damn I scrolled my 140 bow with EE 5 stars before i reached 10th upgrae [at 6]. All were red scrolls

With weapons, yes that is preferred.

People do that with Tyrants all the time.
u can slate if there are slatable slots
