At least it teleports you to some bosses, but not all.

create a party and go in alone.
most bosses have been fixed for soloing w. no party requirements [except pq bosses/ RA]
no item requirement either, the npc that's connect to it will give it to you after you complete the start the quest.
e.g. no transformation needed to enter horntail, npc outside zakum gives u eye w.o need of banecollars, keeper at three doors gives u marble w.o collecting masks, etc.
