Show us a screen shot. I'm pretty sure he's talking about the 2 star enhancement scroll that's 90% success no boom.. There are ~400m max
lol people rather buy a no boom AEE then that if you put it 1.5b its more like 200-300

no booms are the only way to scroll tyrants safely so its well worth the 1-2b investment for one rather then a 10b lost from a boomed tyrant (thats if its clean) and have nothing but wasted messo from all the stuff you did on it, and yess they do add to your exisiting stars, i also heard that it allows you to also ech above 7 stars.
it just adds only up to 2 stars. there only worth maybe 200-300m
