Im from Ems, and i would like to know if Gms allready has the Red Dual Blade revamp.
If so, do Dual bladers get an SP reset?

blade ascension = <3 amazing skill so fun to use, gives alot of added mobility and honestly just fun to play around with and see where you can reach

Yes the tevamp is there and yes here is a sp reset
