No one with enough damage would use hacks at Hekaton just for a few coins as it will net you a near instant chain ban since its filled of people and GMs are pretty active at that map.

You are also wrong about the amount of hackers as well, EMS doesnt have as much hackers as GMS does, especially since the last ToS change on which Nexon started to handle chain bans to the regular hacker which scared most of the hackers.
