Fifth Augury?
I am at the quest of to find the fifth augury, and vieren said it is in in Riena Strait.
The thing is, Ems does not have Riena Strait yet, but people also say Xerxes drops it.
Should i kill Xerxes?

^what above said, and just to clarify, you don't have to do the chryse questine. You can just go straight to Xerxes and kill it.
Yeah, I got it from Xerxes. Don't have to do the questline either
