Not really, u have a bunch of other hats that have a good amount of stats on them with base attack and sweet set effects.

Seriously this, was replacing a 6% all stat shoe and,

I was looking at some Nova 6 stars no pot, compared to a VSS 27 atk 15% str and 4% all stat neb

First Shoe gave me 30k range boost, the VSS gave me a 13k range boost

And this is exactly why tyrants are a necessity for a xenon.

Every character (except xenon, obviously) has a a secondary stat which adds 1/4 of what a main stat adds, so equips with all stat are actually only 2.4x (3/1.25) as good on xenon
