Had a dream I was shot woke up with a bruise

So I had a dream that I was shot in the leg. I woke up and there's a small dot of a bruise on my leg. This isn't the first time something like this has happened, I once dreamt that my wrist exploded with blood and I woke up with a newly formed scab on my wrist. Any explanations?

It's your body's way of expressing and exaggerating pain.

When you get hurt, you can feel it pulse as your heart sends blood to it so it can clot and seal. Your brain is just exaggerating the pain and expressing it in a dream as if you have been shot, while it is just a bruise.

I was dreaming I was surrounded by Zombies, I woke up, rolled off bed, hit my head on my desk, and bit my lip.

So.. does this mean I'm sub consciously a Zombie?

You hit yourself while you were asleep so your dreams reflected that

The dream part makes sense, it's just the random injuries you get that are strange.

That's not even possible.. There's not even enough time for it to scab up

Your brain subconsciously recognizes the pain and while you're asleep, your brain projects the pain in a dream

Because you hurt yourself in real life and your brain turns it into something that happened in your dream. You must've hit your leg on something.
