Save up buy a maingear trust me it will last you for years or atleast until you can get some knowledge and build your own that will require a few upgrades every 6 years to keep it running fast as a super.

The Corsair CX430v2 is a good budget CWT DSA II 380w unit, which you can offend get for <$30 due to MIR. Unless they have a proper testing equipment and done a thorough analysis on the the PSUs, you should be wary of reviews made by people on Newegg and such. If they were to be considered automatically valid, many mediocre PSUs that are greatly overrated would be "good" because the average consumer merely just plug it in and gave it a good review just because the computer turned on.
Here's a few reviews on it.

Anyways, you say your budget is "preferably under $600" would mean your actual max you could spend is higher as well. Can you provide that max? Also what games you wish to be be playing? As well as what are you going to be doing outside of gaming.
Also, are you willing to learn how to build a computer on your own?
a good comp should have at least a i-5 processor, 8 gb of ram ATI readon 6500 HD+. that should buy most of the games without that much lag.
You do not need an i-5 processor for a good computer.
You do not need more than 4 gb of ram for a good computer. Infact i don't think any game uses more than 2gb.
@ts: it would be more affordable to go to a retailer instead of buying online.
Your $600 budget would have to account for shipping, which adds can add up to $200 plus taxes.
Premade is worst.
@mybuttxx: You pick a prebuild PC for the maximum of your budget.
Then you visit that pc builder site I linked you, and select the exact same components that are in the prebuild PC.
You can find the components at "Specs" or "details" most of the time.
@frank0 I know I sound really stupid but this stuff is a foreign laungage to me. There are so many options and I only know the basic things like OS, I don't know what I do/don't need or what is truly right, the average prices, etc.
@mybuttxx just do what I said. Pick a prebuild pc for the max you can afford, click specs and pick all of those in the pc builder.

you won't get better for under $600. should run most games on max settings at 1080p.
I think a cooler would be helpful
Just check out this guide for the best gaming PC you can build at your budget.
Thanks! Could you link me to a site?
I use a different one myself, but that's because I'm Dutch. Try this one
what's your budget?
Preferably under $600. I don't need games on max settings, it would be nice to be able to run Skyrim on low/medium.
The best choice is to build your own computer instead of buying a prebuilt.
@mybuttxx: Hmm.. Pick the most expensive PC you can get with your budget, then view the parts, select all those parts in a PC Builder Site -> profit?
This will result in the same PC for much less money
Go on TigerDirect and buy Barebones bundles for 200~500. Decent computers that run well.
@mybuttxx: well i would buy it since it looks cool <3
why would you buy something thats not available
It is on other sites, I didn't realize it wasn't available on that website haha.

I don't know what is considered good at all.
how much is it? wouldn't pay more than $200 personally. it will struggle with most games.
It's $500. I'm not good with computers so I don't know how well it would run things. My computer has an integrated graphics card and it can barely run a 2003 game.
