I've seen it hit twice, once at 3AM BT like it's supposed to, and then again an hour later at 4AM BT for whatever reason.
Mr. Basil has been doing updates "behind the scenes", so maybe he just triggers another site backup to save whatever he was working on.
Probably not worth editing the message for a one-shot thing.
Usually it shows the right time for me, but it also happened a couple of times that there was maintenance at 10:00 AM and it said it was 11:00 AM (maintenance one hour too early?). By the way, it always ends early for me. o_O
It's been doing this for like, months
Nobody knows why except for old man Critchly up on the hill.
