Who would be at fault in this case?

Say if you went to the bathroom without looking the door and your friend/sibling came in without knocking, who would be at fault?

You for not locking, or your friend/sibling for not knocking?

fradddd

I hate kids and people who don't lock the bathroom.
What, you afraid you won't be able to remember how to unlock it?

ot: on my house at least when i lived with my parents we just left the door closed when someone was in, we usually didn't lock it
if the door is closed at least from my experience he should have assumed someone was in
i'm not sure if people do it differently in your household though
