Where'd that come from? What I don't understand is why it concerns you whether someone uses a polearm or a spear.
In the end, it's their choice and hell they could be using a dagger as a Drk if they so please.

They sound nothing alike except for the "knight" sound. Dark and lord are not similar at all.
