Scrolling hammer thing in inventory
So im really curious about something, how come when i click the red hammer in my inventory to scroll it doesnt come up with those "potential, enhancement, etc"
it only shows 2 boxes with "Equip + Consume" any help pls? C:

I get what you guys said but how come the window that opens up is different :o
Edit: on videos i saw people double clicking scrolls
Ur cursor turns into a blue hammer when u click the button. Use the blue hammer to click on the equip and consummable u wish to use.
Just click on the equip and the EE or pot scroll.
