Before you log-in, theres a tiny square that you can check that says "Force-Update"

@MyOnlyNiib: Oh ok then. (idc, Mods make it more "entertaining" apparently by commentators and people on the forums)
Try saving your world(s) then reinstalling minecraft again.

Never encountered something like this, but heres some ideas I have
Update Java
Remove any mods you've been trying to add
Copy all files that you have in your minecraft folder, remove the original, and paste the copies in place
Update Minecraft
Restart Computer
