OHHH okay i got the stars, but two questions. One: i barely got 500k, how'd you get 15m? and two, why go to ardentmill?

Only give yourself 5 stars then drop the box & wait 24 hrs. Otherwise you won't be able to do it again.

So do I do the quest for the twinkling star or do I go straight to Ardentmill? and how does that lead to 15m o.O but thanks so much!

get the star creation box from gaga and give yourself the stars by putting random caps in your name, then go to treasure island, get pots, sell.

Do the Star Event Glitch and sell the pots for like at least 30m per 6 stars.

I'd go with Phantom. You can go sell HS and door.
