You still can, but only use UGC if you're from USA!
If you use them in a taxed country (Canada for example,) you will need $12 worth of UGC to charge 10k NX.
Since they only sell $10, and $20 card (rarely $5,) you will lose money unless you buy more to use up the spare cash.
Yes, I just used one last week.
Pay online, where it says Charge Account and 5000, 10000, and 30000. The "usual credit-card" method. After clicking it, you'll see a "PaybyCash" option. This will lead to another page where the UGC is a payment option. Press that and enter the PIN. You've redeemed it.
Since it's only in increments of 5k, 10k, or 30k, you need to do 10k twice. The first order should go pretty easily, but to redeem the other $10 on the card you need to register on PaybyCash. Your e-mail should be your Nexon account email. When you log in, it will recognize you have a $10 balance. Make another purchase.
They'll send you an e-mail notification as well. When you get that, you'll know you redeemed correctly.
