Potential Rex's Earrings

I had 2 Rex Earrings (Red and Green) and had 2 advanced potential scrolls. I decided to use it even though I was really poor and they worked. So now I have :

Rex's Red Earrings
Str + 3
Dex + 3
HP 10%
Magic Def 32
5 Slots
3 Lined - Rare
(The potential is bad so it doesnt matter)

I also have

Rex's Green Earrings (+1)
Int +3
Luk +5
HP 10%
Magic Def 31
4 Slots
3 lined potential - rare
(Stats are also bad)

Should I cube them and hope for the better? Or should I sell them now? (P/C too please) Thanks
