Question, Range or Hp?
Hi, my Marksman level 143 got a range 38k-41k unbuffed without Overall, Helmet and Cape. im pretty low on Hp 6700. Should i get the rest items with more Dex or going on HP?

Go for Kaiser link skill along with hypers and empress for both damage and hp. Both should increase significantly.
As has been said, try going for both.
If you can absolutely go for just one, then I'd recommend getting HP so you could actually survive.
There are actually a lot of easy ways to get some hp while also increasing your damage slightly:
-Cannoneer Link Skill gives 10%hp at lvl2 with a nice +25 all stat boost
-Kaiser Link Skill gives 15% (i think) hp at lvl2
-Character cards give +# hp and can give you some att or whatever depending on the set
-Empress set i think 3/6 gives you 15%hp/mp boost and the helm and gloves give you like 350hp each; also has nice +dex stats
-Try to get 12%/15%/etc dex potential on equips with 6%/9% hp on them too (it will add up eventually)
-And if you have Elite Puppet maxed always summon it and try to make it a habit to always summon it; i personally dont use it to lure mobs (because i feel like it dies too often for that) but it has a nice damage reduction when summoned.
hb neb sounds good, work on overall also? and any1 know the avrg price in broa?
It's nice to get items that already have %HP like Czak helm, CHTP, and Rex earrings.
Other than that honestly I would go for dex to increase damage. Maybe you can get a set like Empress with %HP.
