No, they only just finished CBT in Korea and are heading into OBT soon.

I guess if it does well in Korea, it'll be picked up by Nexon America in a year or so.

It's most definitly is going to come out outside Korea. Despite BasilMarket reviews of the game here MS2 is already receiving just as many good reviews. Plus MS in general is Nexon cash cow. Nexon NA already stated they are working on an English version and MS2 devs wanted to try to keep all updates on par with everyone else. Unless something drastic happens NA should be receiving the game within a decent time frame.
