your worst enemy or what makes you sick?

I don't know why it is but i've noticed even more recently that I'm hardly able to eat anything unhealthy. Somehow my body's become sensitive (or I'm just more aware of it), for example when I eat something sweet like a muffin it doesn't take long until my body starts to feel sick/"poisoned"/"contaminated".

How is it with you?
Are there any foods that make you feel sick?
Any foods that actually make you feel healthier?

Also, how is your eating routine (how often do you eat and how big are your meals)?

When do you stop eating? (when you feel full or when you're not hungry anymore?)

Yesterday I ate 2 sandwiches (white bread) and a muffin I had thought after not eating for a while and having to wait for a while after that meal I should eat a little extra but I kept feeling like I'm gonna throw up...
I'm not used to eating overly much anymore ~x~"

I eat whenever since as you know I have weird work/sleep schedules so setting a time is pointless for now. I need to listen to my body more and do what works for it especially when im tired.
In all honesty I thought that this would be like a person thread and was gonna say that the zombie clown is my enemy but that is not the case

I don't like sushi or anything that is raw.

@Nashi : in the movies if a girl feels sick and throws up a lot, it means she's pregnant...

I kind of have a set schedule. Breakfast is a meal I've gone without for most of my college/university life - I'd skip it whenever I felt too lazy to crack open an egg. Lunch is always sometime between 11 and 1, and dinner is always sometime between 7 and 9.

I definitely don't take fried foods too well. They tend to give me toothaches, and if it's oily/greasy enough, I'll break out too.
