I know what a hassle finding something that fits can be, even the cup size can differ from store to store ~w~ and in my favorite store the sizing of regular clothes even differs by two sizes (e.g. an S on the first floor is an L in the lower floor), it also really depends what kind of material it is and how it's cut.

With a friend I've spent 8 hours shopping before (but that's also including eating something like lunch and ice cream), it was quite fun but time went by far too fast... T^T

@Nashi I've been into lingerie stores/isles before and I'm completely fine with it. It's not awkward for me at all and I see other guys in the same situation all the time. Heck, I've seen guys alone picking out stuff. It would really all depend on the guy I'd imagine though, as I've known some guys who become really uncomfortable just walking [i]near[/i] the women's underwear isle. I think if your fiance is familiar enough with seeing (and touching) your underwear, he shouldn't be bothered helping you pick some out. It's actually fun for me, but that's because I help my fiance pick out ones I would love to see her in. I would say talk to him first though, because it's better to be sure he's okay with it rather than make him uncomfortable and have an awkward time walking through stores.

As for where to go shopping for some, anywhere that has styles you like should work. Women specific stores like Victoria's Secret or Forever 21, or department stores like Macy's or Nordstroms, specialty shops that have more... exotic intimate wear, etc., there are plenty of options. Just make sure they fit you right, as different brands sometimes use very different sizing systems. Found that out helping my fiance pick out some things lol.

And my favorite color would be black with some red/pink showing through, all red, or all pink. For the style I like the babydoll sets or chemise sets with a lacy, or sheer/transparent material, or a combination of the two. Those look really great on her <3

The change rooms are usually locked in American stores. At the store we went to you can walk out into the little hallway between change rooms and since it is all women it is no big deal. Your guy should be able to peek around and see you or you can go to the doorway of the change rooms and wave him over If the store is not busy it should be fine. And I know what you are going through - my guy is in the US and I am in Canada, so I bring 'surprise' stuff when I visit him too hehe I always wonder what the airport security people think of all the lingerie lol...
