@nastyjason: Fusing them required an item obtained from a past event. I managed to collect a few on most of my characters.
Considering that the item is untradeable, though, perhaps I shouldn't've mentioned it. =/

I fuse them and make new ones.
Use em if you can, if not they're basically a waste of space. No one really buys them anymore.
